Good neighborhood. I lived in this building for 2 years. It's old but fairly well-maintained. The building administrator, Marites, is very supportive. The maintenance staff is also well organized. I had an issue with the toilet flush; they came on the same day and fixed it.

My kids and I went trick-or-treating, and this is the first time I have ever seen them decorate the buildings and hand out candy. It was such a nice turnout! They didn’t just do it at one place all the Kaneff buildings in the area did it.Good job, Kaneff!

I’ve been a resident for 25 years. Instead of putting something negative I’ve decided to put a positive review about a particular maintenance gentleman who came to my apartment to re-do another maintenance persons job. Wow what a difference in every way. Worth ethic , caring and so professional. He cares about his job and mentioned he enjoys working at what he does. He redid the splash wall in the kitchen repairing and painting. Jay you are amazing and we need more ppl like you ! I wish him the best for no one in at past 10 ... read more
