2200 Sherobee. Great place to live in, is always super clean Katie Sergio and Luis are doing a great job they are always working hard around. Katie is very friendly hard worker , great customer service, very helpful, very organized in the office every time I go pay my rent. She have the knowledge to answer any question regarding renting or any other matters regarding the building I’m glad she is around always with great smile and ready to help.
Been a tenant here since 2019. The building is in need of some serious repair in many different areas. The property management does not assist with work order requests and the super is hard to deal with. We pay 2300 a month to deal with constant noise from inside the walls. This is likely from the furnace and plumping that has not been repaired properly for years. Highly do not recommend anyone to rent from this place. Your home is supposed to be your peace and this place is far from it.
