Very disappointed. They were unprofessional and dishonest. We had an agreed upon flat rate and list of amenities to be cleaned. However when they showed up they demanded more money and to be paid upfront prior to cleaning. Even after I expressed concern about paying beforehand and was given a personal guarantee that they would not leave before finishing the agreed upon list, they cleaning crew left after doing the bare minimum and without finishing the job.
