Dr. Reeves' pre-appointment video provided very good information about cataracts, the procedure, and the different options available for improving the patients vision. The pre-surgery appointment was a very indepth review of my eyes to get the most current status/condition of my cataracts and vision needs. Very thorough exam. Dr Reeves was very straightforward explaining his diagnosis and answering my questions.
I went with my husband Mike to a pre-op consultation with Dr. REEVES. It was a very busy day at the clinic. Dr Reeves talked very fast and softly to my husband. I had to tell him Mike has hearing aids but still only has half of normal hearing. He did speak louder but was very rushed & I'm sure my husband did not understand anything he said about his needed upcoming procedure.
