Dr. Gutierrez seemed okay BUT my experience with his practice was terrible. The standard of treatment and response is unacceptable. Yet, they definitely manage to process expensive charges to me and my insurance company. I am completely disappointed, would not recommend.
I have never seen Dr G but I have been a patient for over 10 years and the surgeon, Dr Savage, was great but the PA/ ARNP missed many skin cancers and the 3 offices I’ve been to are dirty and really shabby. I changed to another dermatology practice and am happy with them, so far.
I saw Dr. Gutierrez and his trusty Asst. Shelby this morning.....I could not recommend them any more highly......timely, competent, and friendly.....My kind of doctor :)
This is just against the facility and employees themselves. I didn’t see this doctor but a woman PA. Didn’t bother to remember her name because I knew I wouldn’t be returning. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and they scheduled my appt at 1 o’clock on July 24th. I got there at 12:45 and was trying to beat the rain as it was very windy and dangerous. I saw an employee walk in right before me. I tried to go in but the door was locked. Wish I could leave negative stars! I am a Iraq war veteran referred to him by the VA. He treated me like a dirtbag, he LOOKED like a dirtbag and refused to even listen to me. I walked out without any service rendered. I am lodging a formal complaint to the VA about him. The staff was outstanding, too bad they are his front line!!! They deserve better!!!
Horrible experience! Never have I seen a Dr. Treat my friend so terrible!! At Titusville Fl office .. make Titusville look bad! Wait time was good but that's because he doesn't treat ANYONE ! O stars In my book.. shame on the VA to recommend this jerk!
I saw Dr. Gutierrez in the DeLand office. I got an appointment within a week of calling and came early for my appointment because it was my first time at this provider. They got me in before my appointed time!!! (Never has that happened.) I then went over my concerns with Dr. Lina who was interested and asked pertinent questions of me. She then left and came back with Dr. Gutierrez who discussed my issues. He was mostly business but was personable. Giving one star is too generous. Horrible bedside manner. He seems to be focused on quantity over quality. Would not recommend his as a dermatologist.

I do not recommend this doctor. He had no interest in hearing about my skin issue. He cut me short and opened the door while he rattled off condescending comments and insults. There was no reason for him to behave this way since he gave me no opportunity to tell him why I made an appointment. I never met this doctor before. His goal was obviously to get in and out of the room and keep the assembly line and money machine going. Very disheartening and now I’ve wasted my time and need to contact my PCP to see how they can help ... read more
