Had a sewer back-up. Ended up being a pretty big job. But Sherman handled it appropriately and the problem was resolved.

Very happy with my new washer and service. Removed my old washer, installed new washer and the tech that delivered was very polite and went through all features of everything and noted if I ever have any problems to please reach out. Very happy with their service.
