They never seem very busy, but I usually have to wait a while. I went in on a Sunday because I had an earache. They ran a strep test, just to be safe. After that came back negative, they told me it was probably a sore throat, causing my ear to hurt. They sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics. 2 months later, and I owe $300!
