Hostile, Abusive, Racist, and Cruel. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I wouldn't wish a trip to Sherman Oaks ER on my worst enemy. The nurse was MIA the entire time, the Doctor looked homeless, the staff at the desk was hostile and nasty. Horribe people. Horrible place.
Years ago my wife had hip surgery there. Found out later that it was the same team of surgeons that would have operated on her at the far larger Tarzana hospital. Operations flawless.
