Horrible horrible horrible! They scheduled appointments with me twice to fix my laminate floors which they installed which have been dipping down. They no showed both times. I own my own business and I explained to them how hard it is to block off my schedule for four hours just for them to flake on me. They apologized and explained to me that they would guarantee that they would show the second time. After waiting 2.5 hours the second time they call to say their van broke down. this is the worst place you could ever buy flooring. they do not warrenty their work and when my floor has a dip in it they come and do the rain dance and tell me there is nothing wrong. the people who own this company have no integrity and should be put out of business
