Received a text message on my cell phone 90 minutes before the inspection canceling, saying he did not have a ride to the home. This put us out thousands since our deadline was 5 pm that day. Now anything we need fixed on the home is on us since we missed the deadline. This guy is a crook. Would NOT answer his phone to discuss the issue or even allow us to pick him up to bring him there.
