ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience. We parked in the visitor lot for less than 10 minutes and our car was towed — with no visible signs indicating towing enforcement or parking restrictions. This is completely unethical and feels like a deliberate setup to take advantage of visitors. When we went to retrieve the car, there were multiple other people there for the exact same reason, which says a lot. This isn’t an isolated incident. Would give 0 stars if I could I’m extremely frustrated with Sherman Forbes. I parked in visitor parking, and my car was towed when it shouldn’t have been. When I returned, there was no one in the office to speak with, only a note on the door directing me to call a number. The lack of accountability and empathy from management is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. I parked in the visitor parking on Saturday morning because I was genuinely interested in inquiring about the apartments and possibly taking a tour. I went across the street to grab a cup of coffee, and by the time I returned, my car had already been towed. To make matters worse, when I tried to go into the leasing office to speak with someone, there was nobody in the office to assist—no staff, no signage, no way to get help.
