I was warmly greeted by the Service Rep after I pulled in with a car I seldom bring there and I had no idea that he might remember me and my “old” car! He obviously did remember me and made sure that I got the service that no one else has given me!! It took a couple of hours but I was super satisfied to see a video review of all the parts of my 1999 Dodge Stratus that needed attention.
