If I could give them a zero I would! No one ever answers the phone. People in crisis want a live voice to talk to when they get the courage to finally call. Poor communication and disorganization within the agency. On a wait list for over 6 months (which we understood could be the case). Called to find out the status of the list to find out no one ever actually put the person on the list and now the service provider quit several weeks ago, so we waited 6 months for nothing and have to start all over somewhere else! They don't offer help. The counselor just tells you that it's your fault!
Take forever to get back to you, also made me jump through hoops for 3 months to get coverage only to turn around and say that my provider doesnt take my inaurance when she did only a month prior
I just love Sherman counseling. All employees where very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. I really liked that they all knew me by my name.
I have a great psychiatrist and an amazing therapist through new directors that work together.
