I ordered two new C8 Corvettes from this dealer early this year. Having just arrived, the dealer is refusing to allow me to finalize the purchase with a bank wire, and take the MSO, as an out-of-state customer. This is against federal and interstate commerce and I intend to sue them to enforce the contract and get a restraining order preventing them from the sale of the car in the interim. They are trying to get me to back out so they can sell it to someone else at an inflated MSRP.

We offered to sell him the car and send the MSO to any appropriate tag office. He has declined and has threatened a law suit therefore we will have no further comment.

!!!! - MUST READ - Purchased a newer used vehicle from Sherman Chevrolet and the car started skipping the very same day on our way home. Newer vehicle with 40,000 miles and when I returned the SUV they told me the car needed a new transmission. UGH!! I purchased the vehicle because I thought dealerships did a thorough inspection of used vehicles before they are put on the lot.
