Tremendous customer experience from Sherman Brothers Shoes. Jeff is a terrific guy who helped me with an Alden shoe purchase. He was able to procure my needed size in a matter of a few weeks in what would have been a 6-8 month wait for a special order. I have to believe Sherman Brothers relationship with Alden was the reason why. There are so many different ways to buy shoes, thanks to the internet. To me, however, maybe because I have a wide width, and I like shoes to fit correctly and comfortably, there are very few places left to buy shoes from someone who actually makes sure the shoes are right for your feet. At Sherman’s Shoes, the service is retro as you would expect from a great shoe store. While they are selling shoes, they are really developing a customer relationship for life :)! Ask for Kenny, he will take care of you 🙏

After 10-15 minutes of shopping, I was informed they planned on closing early today, and that they actually planned on closing a few minutes ago. If they planned on closing 1.5 hours before the expected closing time, then they should have informed me of this immediately upon entering the story. It felt very unprofessional.
