Dr. Sherman and his staff were wonderful. Everyone was welcoming and made my visit painless (which is always a good thing in dental care :-)). I became somewhat excited about my new smile. They were honest and encouraging about how my experience will be with Invisalign which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend Sherman & Balhoff to anyone wanting to improve their smile or with any other orthodontic needs!
Never felt more comfortable in this type of setting. Kathy gave us a warm and cozy welcome. Dr Balhoff had an amazing bedside manner. Robin was very competent and efficient. I wouldn't recommend any other place!
The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. In 4 months, I've noticed a vast improvement from before. I also love that there is never a long wait period... I would definitely recommend Dr Sherman to anyone especially if they have open/underbites.
