Could not have asked for a better landlord. Ortencia will go above and beyond for her tenants. Super responsive and a really hard worker. I even asked her to be present when the moving company I was using showed up 8 days late! My brother and I were already on the road to my next destination and I was able to trust her to be there when the moving company showed up. What kind of a landlord would do that for you? I probably won't ever meet a landlord like her ever again.
Top notch service here. Everyone is professional and issues are handled promptly. We relocated from the Bay Area and the ladies here were very informative and made us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend.
Sherman & Associates offered the best Property Management service that I have experienced, and it is not even close. They were responsive, caring, and fair. My family could not have asked for better. I highly recommend.
