We are a family-owned and -operated storage facility serving the Missoula community. We accept household items, RVs, boats, and vehicles for both indoor and outdoor spaces. We are a tightly secured facility with gates and cameras stretching around all two acres of land. We currently have seven units available for grabs. From 8'x10' to 10'x40', we have various sizes of units to accommodate your needs! Reclaim your space and feel comfortable knowing that your belongings are safe with Sherlock Storage. Incredibly inept and have no clue down there. Take your stuff and sell it in a yard sale before giving a business owner a chance to do the same. Picked them because they had an opening and price was cheap. Learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Don't expect a professional experience here. You most definitely will be disappointed.

I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a storage unit. Not only did the owner call my personal number to ask me out (he is easily 25-30 years older than me), but he cut the lock off of one of the rented units that he was trying to rent to me thinking someone put a lock on it without renting. Turned out the paperwork was wrong. So I never left like my items were safe. The units have mice. All of my furniture was covered in pee and poop, the bags holding my clothing were chewed through and covered in mouse droppings and pee. I let it go when I moved out but was then texted by the owner after I moved out saying I needed to pay rent --even though I gave him a written statement of the date I would vacate and spoke to him on the phone! So I texted him back saying I moved out and let me know about the mice and he had the nerve to tell me I brought the mice in with me. He also lied when I signed the lease saying the unit was climate controlled... it was not. Worse business experience I've had in years.
