I highly recommend Sherlock Self Storage in Duvall. Alex was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. When I needed to downsize from a larger unit to a smaller one, he made the change quick and hassle-free. Later, after I shipped my belongings, cancelling the unit was just as easy, and I received a refund for the unused days remaining in the billing period. I truly appreciated the excellent and honest customer service and would gladly use them again.
I’ve rented a unit from this facility for just over 2.5 years. The facility is always clean, well lit, and has kept my things safe. Working with Alex in the front office is always easy. He’s quick to respond to questions and the facility is just top notch. Definitely would recommend.
Clean, well lit, secure, friendly helpful staff onsite during day. Easy to work with for move in, changed units and downsized during stay and that was smooth and easy to do, auto pay on line payments or in office, will rent again if needed. Only minor weird thing is the elevator needs a code each time you use it and is a bit annoying. 2 Elevators work great and are large to reduce trips but the code thing causes some slow downs at times. I guess it makes things super secure tho.
Had some overflow in the house that I stored here with intent to move out of my current house within a month. This facility conveniently provides a small moving truck free of charge which simplified everything for my move. Their facility is also heated/ac forced air throughout to protect your belongings best. Unit looked brand new spotless clean. They prorate your final month of storage if you give them 10 days notice and do not nickel and dime you for extra costs. Very friendly accommodating staff. Would recommend these guy... read more
Five stars. Top quality facility including solid and clean storage units, convenient elevators, well maintained platform & utility hand trucks and reliable security. We even enjoyed the music piped throughout the building. Helpful, courteous and generous staff.
