Fantastic service!!! The technician was very personable and through. He explained price before starting. I was impressed that he got in the pool which is COLD!!! I will definitely use Sherlock again if we develop any other leaks. Try ‘em - you won’t regret it.
Great Customer service, and they actually showed up when they said they would. My husband found the leak in hot tub pipe but Bill repaired it immediately. I would definitely recommend them!
The worst. Water had leaked out during a heavy rain and it created a siphon in my overflow. Causing the water to drain down to the level of the outflow tube.8" below the strainer on the end of the pool. They arrived and told us it had to be the strainer because it's always the strainer. He put some caulking around the strainer. Charged us almost 500.00 bucks. For absolutely nothing.
