Chuck is the best of the best. He is extremely professional, covers everything, and does a great job explaining and providing pictures. We had him inspect two different homes during our home buying process and thank goodness we did! He was also very helpful and quick to follow up when we needed additional documentation for the underwriter. I cannot recommend him enough.
