When I initially used them they seemed great, and I bought my house partly on their report which included stating that the roof was in good condition. Three years later I need a full roof replacement. Their assessment of various other parts of the house also turned out to be pretty questionable. I would not have bought my house if I knew how much work it actually needed, which their report obscured rather than revealed.

Expensive but well worth it. Kind, professional, accurate. He is very thorough and a straight-shooter. He walks you through what he's seeing and gives estimated costs of repair as well as tells you how big of a problem it is (needs repaired ASAP, needs repaired but can wait, etc). 10/10 recommend.
