i am a first time home buyer and as anyone knows you NEED an inspection done in order to get homeowner insurance. when i called the gentleman on the phone went through all their inspection types and what would best suite me. as the house i am buying is a mobile home and over 20 years old a 4 point was a must have. when inspection day came the inspector had called me in advance to let me know he was running a little late, as i was myself, and he showed up at the time he informed me (20 minutes later). Sellers need to call Sherlock?? - Get MOVE IN CERTIFIED These guys are wonderful! My realtor swears by their pre-listing inspection, but I was hesitant. I had my house for sale for the longest time. I finally got it inspected and "Move In Certified" and had 3 offers that same week. It sold shortly after.? More recently I used them to buy a new house & they saved me thousands of dollars by finding issues I was unaware of which I was able to get the seller to repair.
Superb service and communication. The inspection was thorough including looking for tell tell signs of Chinese drywall. As an out of state purchaser I appreciated their use of technology to make the scheduling, follow up, verification of inspections (WDO pest control, sea wall, dock, irrigation system, etc), and delivery of the report seamless.
