Missed some MAJOR and expensive issues with my house. As a first time buyer I trusted his expertise, and especially as an out of state buyer moving into the area (I’ve scoured the area and in the Taconics beforehand but just wasn’t in person looking due to Covid shut downs). Missed MOLD and a drainage issue in the basement making the mold worse. It’s bad. It’s black in the basement. I can’t afford remediation on top of mortgage and fixing the insulation in this house (seller didn’t even bother insulating one of the rooms).
