Never told me about my water heater being out of code or my sump pump illegally draining into city sewer. Never said anything about my window seals being shot and now they grow mold. Pretty sure he gets a cut of the sale from realtor.
Karl did a fantastic job with our home inspection. He left no stone unturned and really made us aware of some serious problems with the home we were about to purchase. His comprehensive report was emailed to us speedily and had photo documentation of all trouble areas. I can not recommend him highly enough!
