I purchased some items online and got one part wrong, sent an email to kim@... and no response, then called their 1982 style customer service, no actual person, just the directory and an option to leave a voicemail. As a first (and last indeed) customer I would expect real customer care after buying items way overpriced. This is why people turn to Chinese manufacturers.
