Not a long wait for med. tech or doctor. Both were very good. Receptionists, clerks all good, including giving directions on first floor. Appreciated the cafe on first floor, and the workers there were efficient and polite.

I have had great experiences with several doctors at MEEI in Boston. Dr. Chen is one of them. She is very personable and kind. Most important, I have faith in her knowledge and skills. She explains things very well and listens carefully. I have just scheduled a second cataract surgery with her for my right eye. Dr. Chen did my left eye 12 years ago. She's certainly worth dealing with the horrendous traffic getting in and out of Boston.
