This is the most unprofessional comany I have ever worked with. Rude sales reps, products are over proced garbage and hope to God you'll never have to deal with the Dallas showroom manager or any accounting representatives EVER!!!! Buy Kohler, it is just as good of a product and much less expensive. Plus, they actually have a costomer service department.
