I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I waited almost 2 months for a ring that the owner said was being prepared. During that time, I followed up multiple times for updates. Finally, I was told the ring was ready for pickup at Cambridge Centre. When I went there, another lady owner told me the ring was not available and that they would just issue a refund. As already pointed out by others, I’ve also found clear evidence that Mushkey Jewels is reselling items that are identical to much cheaper products available on SHEIN. I found multiple rings that match what is being sold in-store (if I attach the link, the review disappears). The designs and quality are basically the same, yet they are being sold at a massively inflated price in-store. There is nothing “premium” or original about them based on what I received and what I have found online.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated with Mushkey Jewels. I have found the exact same rings being sold at their store that are available on SHEIN for a fraction of the price. For example, this ring set is identical to what I saw in-store: 4/6/7 Pieces Fashionable French Delicate Stainless Steel Ring Set For Women With Pink Gemstone Jewellery (search it up on SHEIN).
