Dr. Mcalvey and her assistant appear to be very skilled and caring professionals. They were extremely concerned that I remained comfortable thru the procedure. I'll be able to comment more when they complete the final stage of my crown placement.
Such a wonderful office! Walked in as a new patient with a little bit of dental anxiety! Was greeted by the front office with a warm smile. My hygienist Kayla explained everything before she proceeded and was very thorough with my cleaning. She was interested in wanting to get to know me and I didn't feel like I was just a patient and she was "just doing her job". I met the Dr who was also warm and welcoming! 2025 update: I have been coming to this office for a good 10+ years. I was nervous with Behnke retiring as I have a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to dental work. However, the new staff is always friendly, polite and great to work with. Dr. Middleton has taken the time to explain procedures and has been patient with me. He has good bed side manner and listens when you speak. A big part of my anxiety is working with a Dr who will not listen.
