Was not satisfied with Dr. Zaky at all! My first visit as a new patient was horrible! He did not listen to me, could hardly get a word in edgewise. He had two people in the room with him and I felt like I was on display and intimidated! It felt like they were making light of my pain, and attributing it to unrelated circumstances. Would not listen! He said the arthritis in my back was mild where my other doctor said it is significant, and did not even mention my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia!! Awful!

I have been very satisfied with him. he has answered all my questions and has taken the time to tell me the answers to all of my questions, even though I'm sure some of them have been ones I should have known the answers to. I told my daughter-in-law about him and she has also been satisfied with dr. zaky. as long as he knows what he is doing that is all I am concerned with.

Not as good as Dr. Kumar. I had pain on my whole back. He insisted on treating lower back only. For neck and shoulders, where I had lots of pain, he prescribed over-the-counter cream. He seems always nervous and his bedside manners could definitely be improved. The receptionist kept charging me as soon as I came out of the room, before they charged my Insurance. It caused me to pay them twice until I realized and had to ask them to deduct that to the next bill!

Dr. Zaky explains is one of my favorite doctors I feel very comfortable to have him do any of my treatments. He keeps working with me to try to get my pain under control and I trust that he will keep trying to help me. He explains what my different options are and how the different procedures will happen and that makes me not nervous about them.

Did see improvement in my pain but I was very disturbed when giving the required urine sample to find the sink not working and no soap. They told me it was that way on purpose! This seems wrong on so many levels especially for a doctor's office.

Both Dr. Zaky & his nurse were very nice and listened intently before continuing the exam. I came in their office as a new patient; with a chip on my shoulder from a very bad experience with my last pain management doctor. I felt very relaxed and welcomed right away. I would recommend Dr. Zaky.
