This review is not a reflection on their stylists, who are all very skilled, but I can no longer in good conscious recommend this salon after witnessing shameful customer service. I've seen the owner loudly "go off" on people in just the worst way, including senior citizens. There has to be a better way to speak to customers without causing a scene.
I HAD DEEAM CATCHERS INSTALLED. BEFORE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT TO BE MAINTAINED, EMON CALLED ME THAT YOUR STYLIST QUIT. SHE FOUND ME A PLACE AND WHEN I WENT, THEY COULD NOT DO DREAM CATCHERS. CLEARLY BY NOW - 8 WEEKS THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I CONTACTED EMON THAT HER REFERRAL WAS BOGUS AND I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MAINTENANCE . SHE IGNORED ME. I PAID $1500 FOR EXTENSIONS THAT LASTED 6 WEEKS BECAUSE OF YOUR SALON AND THE UNPROFESSIONALISM. AT 8 WEEKS I NO LONGER CAN FIND A SALON TO DO A MID LEVEL MAINTENANCE.
