The owner of this salon is utterly disrespectful. I am disappointed that after a former employee of 24 years decided to resign, the owner has decided to bully not only the former employee but her daughter online. This lady is like school on weekends…. No class.

I would give zero star if I could. I had the most horrifying experience with Kevin. My face framing highlights were colored a single shade of blonde at the top of my head, which ended up removing all the beautiful highlights I had. When he realized his mistake, he tried to correct it by low lighting the hair which left my hair completely over processed and totally damaged. He also cut my hair unevenly, leaving my hair longer on one side. Absolutely the worst experience.
