Dr Elassal is as good as they come in my opinion. My first examination was easily the most thorough I had ever had. He spent a lot of time explaining what I should be doing and not doing to ensure my kidney health. I came off the ibuprofen and creatine and I was able to raise my filtration rate 30% in the first 3 months. I feel lucky to have ended up under his care.
DISAPPOINTED ...... After waiting for 3 months for an for an appointment to see Dr Elassal in the Connersville Indiana office, the staff called to tell me my mom HAD to see Dr Daoud since she had seen him years ago. The reason she had not been back was she didn't like Dr Daoud. We had an appointment with Dr Elassal and he agreed she would be moved to him as primary. Now a woman with stage 4 kidney failure will not be able to see her kidney specialist until we are able to secure a new one since the staff refused to let her se... read more
