Personally I think it's understandable that you need an appointment to be a walk in. This one time, my daughter had her routine appt but already the waiting area was so full we were there for maybe 2 hours. So yeah I would've put up a sign too that says walkins must make appt. I am very happy that this is my daughter's doctor even if it's a little far from Our home☺ I don't want to go anywhere else
Arrive at 0925 and they tell me that they're not taking anymore walk-ins. With 6 people waiting 6. 2 Dr working and they share walk-ins and appointments. That is atrocious. On person at desk is rude and rolls eyes while still asking questions of when walk-ins resum again. The others so soft spoken you can't hear her speak.
