I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I was originally diagnosed with a UTI and was told I could come back to leave a urine sample to ensure the infection had cleared. When I returned, I was told I couldn’t leave a sample without being seen by Dr. Hanna. He came into the room and asked why I was there, and I explained I was just trying to leave a sample. My family and I have been going to Dr. Hanna for almost 14 years. He is a kind, caring and compassionate doctor. I never feel rushed at appointments and trust him completely with my family's medical care. Shout out to his assistant Michelle who also deserves five stars.
I called Dr. Hanna office, and the medical assistant Michelle spoke to me in a very entitled and unprofessional manner. I was trying to schedule an appointment due to a severe fever I’ve had for over a week. I’ve already been to urgent care twice and have been on multiple medications, but my condition hasn’t improved. A very good and professional doctor, but he had to have a more professional nurses . It was my first visit and I decided to be the last.
Waiting over an hour to be seen is unacceptable especially when one arrives early to their appointment…
