Totally incompetent landlords on the property my daughter rented through them, not fixing things in a timely a manner, leaving the residence without fire alarms for an extended period of time, and filing to returns calls, texts, and emails for a final walk thru when vacating the property. After all that, they failed to return the full security deposit after saying it wasn't clean, even though a professional cleaned it. If you don't want headaches, stay far, far away.
