I love living here. The team that runs the building is very personable and warm. They take great care of the building and it's spaces and I personally feel they do so with the tenants as well.

I visited the building few weeks ago while walking around the neighborhood and stopped to request information about available units. Upon entering, the door man asked if I had an appointment. When I explained that I did not, he pointed me toward the management office with a dismissive and unpleasant attitude. I understand that people may be tired after working their whole lives especially at that age, but that is not an excuse to treat others poorl and they need to be trained differently. Two issues: 1) I asked for an inquiry into why my automatic payment is not working in rent cafe, and for a refund for late fee that was incorrectly charged because of the system not working. I set up automatic payment correctly, the app says it is set up correctly, but it still isn’t working and I was never refunded for the late fee due to a malfunctioning app. It’s been months since I asked management to look into it, and I still have not received any follow-up. 2) There was an incident in the building that caused a massive... read more

Living in Sheridan Tower has been wonderful for the past year and a half. We were new to the city and quickly found a home in the building. It's a diverse but welcoming community. The building management is incredibly kind, helpful, responsible and effective from Steve, Macon, Sean, Julio, Miguel, Bjito, and Kristina. Our dog is the most pampered in the building; he takes care of them, and they take care of him.
