1st time visitor to Sheridan Surgical for Compression Socks. Simple purchase/trip, right? Initial encounter with the young 1st female Sheridan Surgical employee, with a bad attitude, did not go well at all for this couple who spent the last 30 + years in customer service themselves. Apparently, we committed the crime of not arriving with a Doctor's script which my Doctor did not advise we needed before traveling here. I came in today very stressed. I needed a power cord for an ice machine that I had misplaced. My husband just came out of surgery about an hour prior and I needed to get the ice machine going. The store was busy and it looked like it was going to be a bit of a wait. I found Annette and explained my situation. She was so lovely and kind. I can't praise this place enough. They actually answer the phone and are so helpful. I was having problems getting the needed forms signed for a pair of diabetic shoes. I started to get upset with such a mix up and other things going on and being a bit older, the lady on the phone calmed me down and said they could send the form directly to me. Just appreciated her taking the extra step.

Tyler, Marissa, Alex, Pat and several others have diligently assisted with me getting my medical supplies due to insurance and technical issues beyond their and my own control. I plan to continue my patronage with Sheridan Surgical because they treat me with sincere concern for my needs. Thank you Sheridan Surgical. Update 3/15/24: Well, the great team at Sheridan Surgical is still fighting to get my medical supplies approved with my insurance company. At least I was able to get 2 items today. So I went to Sheridan surgical to get a prescribed plantar fasciitis sock and I had the sales associate open it to show me how it worked it, Good thing I did because it was an already worn not washed sock that literally had a dirty footprint on it.. How, HOW does one resell used undergarments. Do they resell dirty underpants as well? Either take the hit and throw it out or change the policy to no returns on socks and other undergarments. They were gonna resell that for full price how disgusting. I asked for a clean new one ... read more
