National Seating and Mobility worked well with me to find the perfect chair and was able to work through my insurance. Brian and the rest of his team were very receptive and professional throughout the entire process.
My wheelchair needs to be lemon lawed before I end up getting hurt because of this wheelchair. Here’s why: 1) I’ve had a lot of technical difficulties where my wheelchair errors and then just powers down, twice while I was crossing the street and was almost hit. Then there was a glitch where joystick out of center came up about 20 times when I was stopped and not touching it. UPDATE 9-27-25 Still having issues with the chair. I will say the tech Mike is very nice. Waiting to have motors on a 1 year old chair replaced. As far as the company responding to my first message, they’ve done absolutely nothing. I’ve tried to lemonade law this chair, but they refuse to give me paperwork when they come out. I have known Brian P. For a long time, when I was little he used to be my PT now I go to him for wheelchair needs. He was able to help me replace my wheelchair pretty quickly after my other wheelchair had wiring issues.
Brian was wonderful to work with. Really knew what he was doing. Great customer service! Highly recommend!!
