New Review for Jan. 2026: I have the perfect dream team at NSM- Brian P. and Mike K.!!! Once again I'm sending my business to NSM and 5 star service all the way through from my initial fitting to tweaking little things after the chair arrived. Prior to getting my chair the "dream team" did everything humanly possible to keep my old chair running. I've yet to see top notch constant service from other providers in the game.
