Absolutely would not suggest after the merge! I've been with them for almost 15 years!+ and they've never sucked this bad! The sales staff remains great! Love Brian! He is trying to fix everyone's screw ups. So not sales job! They fired all the good ppl. They had a tech justin say in March he was ordering my batteries and didn't so they just got ordered first week of July thanks to sales! Unreal! National Seating and Mobility has been the preferred DME provider for many of the children/families I work with. As a PT with 25 years in this field, I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, customer service, and communication with the families and with providers! Brian Porebski goes above and beyond to try to make the process of getting equipment as seamless as possible, and Lynnea Cook is always on top of things when it comes to insurance submission!
Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about our daughter's equipment. He was patience, and did a fabulous job adjusting the stander for our young daughter. He thoughtfully answered all of our questions, and we truly appreciated all of his help.
