UPDATE: 7-30-25 Still having electrical issues with the WC. . Company sent me a message when I posted the first review, which was 3 months ago. Never heard another word from them. They don’t even deserve 1 star!! My daughter received a brand new chair last June, and it’s been nothing but problems. Her chair at times just shuts off, which happened twice when she was crossing at an intersection. They tried new batteries which we thought would be the end of it. Absolutely would not suggest after the merge! I've been with them for almost 15 years!+ and they've never sucked this bad! The sales staff remains great! Love Brian! He is trying to fix everyone's screw ups. So not sales job! They fired all the good ppl. They had a tech justin say in March he was ordering my batteries and didn't so they just got ordered first week of July thanks to sales! Unreal! So here I sit waiting for my relief staff to get here so I can get pushed into my house at 87 percent on undervoltage! Think twice... read more
