I am very pleased with the overall experience with Sheridan Surgical. Recently my mother needed to get a powered chair with her insurance. We were suggested to try Sheridan surgical from her doctor. We never even had to leave her home to get the chair! A young man named Chris came to her home and knew what should be best for her. They also did the entire insurance process for her. The best Customer Service! They are so helpful and patient in taking care of our needs. Just recently bought a lift chair and are working on a stair lift for the house to help with aging parents we are taking care of. There is no pressure from any of the employees just a very helpful attitude. Would highly recomend to anyone who needs assistive devices or medical aides. They have the best selection and great prices.

they have a really great store and the people that work there are the greatist !!!thier very helpful in helping you with what you need!!! weve been going there for 10 years and my sister was going there long before us.we bought scooters and supplies from them and thier great. danny and joann i'm going there tommarow

I have needed to go to several medical supply stores over the past several years and I have to compliment this one as the best I've dealt with. Physically the store is clean, bright, orderly and well stocked. More importantly the staff was very professional, friendly, informed and helpful. I go out of my way to get what I need here because of the skill and sensitivity of the staff.

Vast amount of equipment and a great location Priced accordingly, Great location for most WNY shoppers, Prices are average on most items and worth the time checking out. Been there before for items and will go back again.
