At Sheridan Square Apartments my 5-star, because I truly believed the community deserved it, is now a 1-star review. The grounds were clean, the pool was well maintained, the office staff was friendly, and the maintenance team genuinely cared about the property and its residents. This is the best place I have ever rented from. The layout of my apartment was very efficient, repairs were prompt, they kept themselves available, replaced things that broke, were constantly renovating the entire complex (it looks completely different from 2 years ago), and went above and beyond in several other small ways that added up over the course of my time here. No matter who you talk to at the front desk, they're a gem.
