You're doing well, overall. Would be great if there was less smoking in common outdoor areas, there doesn't seem to be any management of that.
I love my apartment complex. Great amenities! Beautiful pool, hot tub, clubhouse, cabanas, a little gym. And they do breakfast every Wednesday. The couple things I needed repaired, I only had to fill out a simple maintenance request and it was fixed within a day or two.

Poor response to initial request
I lived at Sheridan Square Apartments and had a frustrating move-out experience. Even after keeping the apartment clean and going through a pre-move-out inspection where we were told everything looked fine, I was charged almost $1,000 in fees. These included cleaning, carpet care, a black light test, and trash removal for a single misplaced document. Throughout our lease, we always paid rent on time and took care of the unit.
