Update: as of today, only 4 out of 14 dryers actually work in the communal laundry room. Several have been broken for over 3 months. Ironically the old washers and dryers worked better before the renovation and the new machines. If you are not one of the "lucky" tenants to have a washer and dryer in your unit you will need to use the shared laundry room and you can expect that half of the washers and dryers will be broken for months on end.
