We were moving from out of state and Sheridan was recommended to us as a realtor to contact. Our experience from start to completion was beyond expectation. We found a home we were interested in. Sheridan did the research needed for us to see the home and make an offer which was accepted after some negotiation. Sheridan and her team are wonderful. We had a house listed by another agent for 6 mos. that didn’t budge Sheridan’s took it over and sold within a month. We used her for two homes and are delighted with the results.
Sheridan is an absolute pleasure to work with. She dug deep to help me get info from the DOT (very difficult to work with) which impacted my purchase- she ended up going to multiple different offices throughout town just to find some plans! She is dedicated to finding exactly what works for you & goes to great lengths to make sure all i's are dotted and t's crossed- I couldn't recommend her more. She is the only realtor I will use/recommend from here on out!
