Made an appointment on 7/17 to arrive after 11 AM. On 7/17, they cancelled the appointment at 2 PM saying they’d be there on 7/19. From 7/17 to 7/29, the company ignored multiple phone calls and texts messages. The owner started just sending my calls to voicemail. Left messages and no response. Terrible customer service and unprofessional.
Responded quickly. Was able to get my issue sorted with a few text messages. His shop will be the first I call if I mess things up enough that I need a professional to save me.

We had Ed out to replace our Water Heater and a few other things. His work was outstanding. I’d highly recommend to everyone.
