5 stars for maintenance and the front office!! Front office: Audrey and Neko do an awesome job with answering questions and concerns. Sometimes the phone doesn't get answered, yes, but a lot of times it's pretty busy so you get them or pop into the office. For maintenance Ashley, Vinny, and I didn't get the other guy's name (sorry!) Do an a great job with answering calls! Audrey was Very helpful when I was trying to look for an apartment and walked me through everything step by step showed me the prices and when they will be available.
I viewed this property recently with Audrey. Highly considering moving here! Audrey was a pleasure and answered all of my questions! She also followed up right after with all of the specifics I mentioned on the tour. She was a very good listener and attentive. Sheridan Park may be my new home soon!
I want to give the maintenance team, especially Chris and Vinny, a huge shoutout! Any request I make, they’ve been super friendly, show up promptly, and are extremely knowledgeable. We had some issues with our washer, and each time they were able to quickly identify the problem, change the necessary parts, and fix it on the spot. I have a lot of trust in them—thank you both for all your help! It honestly makes a big difference living here. Really appreciate your hard work!
