Though the apartment is a pretty decent community to live in I have to rate one star because I’m completely disappointed with the management and their attitude towards the tenants. They don’t care about maintenance requests and keep pushing to the next day citing so many reasons on a regular basis. Also, they charge to tenants for replacing items provided by the landlord even though it is not tenants fault. I don’t recommend this place for someone looking for management who cares about Tenants.
Lenny and Jesus Both were really amazing and generous and they helped out at every step.
It’s unbelievable that management is now charging 6 dollars for guest parking
No recomiendo para nada vivir aquí, parab cambiando siempre de administración y no te saben dar una solución. Me salí en el mes de mayo y hasta la fecha de hoy sigo esperando lo que me tienen que dar del depósito siempre me ponen alguna excusa. Hasta la fecha nadie se comunica conmigo y tengo que estar yendo a cada rato a reclamar porque no me llega nada
