Vinny from maintenance was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything correct and complete.
This place was use to be great, but after new management took over everything went downhill. I understand everyone wants to make money, but they became greedy. Take visitor parking for an example: Many apartment complexes have parking for visitors at no charge. Not here. It’s now $5/ night. Also like many tenants have stated; maintenance has been an issue. Before new management took over, our apartment would have filters replaced routinely every quarter, now we need to call them.
Beware, they will actively tank your credit score to prevent you from moving or buying a house. I paid $2000 rent per month on time, yet they sold a mysterious $100 debt to a credit agency in an attempt to sandbag me when I got a mortage. Yet they send eviction notices for being a day late on rent...very sus. Luckily they were late and I was able to move out to a house in Carrollton. Avoid this money pit at all costs. I have lived here for several years there's been three owners constant change in the rental office. Maintenance is almost obsolete unless there's emergency and I really can't say that because it took over a week for someone to fix the AC.. property is just going down far as the up key outside oftentimes very unprofessional you go by the office doors constant locked.. consider moving somewhere else. Major regret renewing the lease!
