Went in there to get checked out and they were super fast and efficient. Can't ask for much more.
During my cross country trip as a Canadian, I unfortunately had a minor situation and visited this urgent care! The staff was particularly attentive, responsive and caring. Given that I didn’t have any insurance they were very accommodating with solutions. Additionally post coming back to Canada there was a billing issue, Katie the manager was extremely communicative and proactive when resolving the problem! The staff & doctors are great! 5/5 for this clinic!
Reception was friendly. Sonya the MA was great, attentive and really listened to me. Gave me hope this wouldn’t be like every other visit i’ve had with Sheridan Memorial. NP was dismissive. Was in the room less than 4 minutes. Paid 75 so far, to be told to take ibuprofen and drink water. I won’t be coming back.
I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist won't shut up with another person. Then I don't even get seen at the right time because I checked in late because the receptionist keeps talking to the person AFTER SHE SAT DOWN, and then they don't even see my son until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for her to ensure my prescription gets sent to the pharmacy since I've had problems with doctors in Sheridan not sending it over.
