I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist won't shut up with another person. Then I don't even get seen at the right time because I checked in late because the receptionist keeps talking to the person AFTER SHE SAT DOWN, and then they don't even see my son until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for her to ensure my prescription gets sent to the pharmacy since I've had problems with doctors in Sheridan not sending it over. Went during a bills game, the doc waited until there was a game break to see me, when I told him I had ear problems and was bleeding out of my ear and couldn’t hear. He looked quick and said there was wax and couldn’t see infection. Instead of cleaning my ear to fully evaluate he game me meds so he could watch the rest of his game. Now I got a second opinion and have a blown ear drum because some kid doc with his twisted priorities didn’t do his job
Terrible place doctors and nurses here are worthless only trying to scam their way into charging as much money as possible do not go here.
Website states being open, yet doors locked and nobody their. What's the use of having the name URGET CARE if the damn doors are locked!
