Dr. El Morsy is a very sweet, receptive, and knowledgeable doctor. I’ve had a positive experience with her care and attentiveness. That said, the front desk experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The receptionist has been consistently unkind, unhelpful, and dismissive. I'm really disappointed with Dr Ei Morsy team front desk experience at this clinic. When I asked for help regarding my Ct scan she told me I had to call around hospitals ti find out myself, as if it’s not part of her job to assist with referrals.The receptionist is consistently rude, unapproachable, and seems bothered by even the simplest questions.
