Dr. El Morsy is a very sweet, receptive, and knowledgeable doctor. I’ve had a positive experience with her care and attentiveness. That said, the front desk experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The receptionist has been consistently unkind, unhelpful, and dismissive. I'm really disappointed with Dr Ei Morsy team front desk experience at this clinic. When I asked for help regarding my Ct scan she told me I had to call around hospitals ti find out myself, as if it’s not part of her job to assist with referrals.The receptionist is consistently rude, unapproachable, and seems bothered by even the simplest questions. Made me wait an hour for no reason.
If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. My family has been going here for a couple years, and the only thing consistent about this office is the amount of time they make you wait. Came for a 4pm appointment...with a small child...and still didn't see a doctor by 5:15pm It's completely unacceptable that they put their own time before the patients.
