I’ve lived here since July 2023 and have renewed my lease twice. When I heard we were getting a new property manager, I was a bit concerned, but I’m happy to say that Tyler and Mariam have completely put any doubts to rest. They’re an amazing addition to the building and have improved the living experience in ways I didn’t even realize mattered. I’ve seen a significant improvement in the cleanliness of my building over the past few months. Thank you property management and team for improving the quality of life around here and for the quick responses to work orders!
Overall, you can't beat the price and location. I have had various issues with maintenance over the years among some other issues, but the latest staff members are timely and better communicators.
