I can't recommend this building more! The staff here are incredible. From Roxette, Enrique, Isaac, and Mario to the amazing George. George is always there and incredibly helpful whenever I need something. Not only that, he is one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet. I wouldn't be surprised if he knew every tenant's name by heart. The building is nice and clean, but what really makes it special are the people working here! I hope George sticks around for along time!!
I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Horizon Realty Group’s Sheridan Lake property! The location is unbeatable — it’s actually closer to the center of Loyola’s campus than many of the dorms, which is very convenient for students. The building is well-maintained and very quiet; the walls are well insulated and I’ve never had any issues with noise from neighbors. Living at Sheridan Lake has been great. I love the location and I have been fortunate to rent a unit with lake views. Roxette, the property manager, is responsive, very easy to talk to, and handles issues right away and very professionally. When I toured apartments here, the elevator was broken and Roxette was willing to walk several flights of stairs to show me one of the units--you don't meet many property managers or regular people willing to do that, so I knew I'd be in good hands when I signed the lease here.
