We lived here for three months this past summer and if you would have asked me then, I would have given this place 3 stars. The location is fantastic and the units are large, but the management at the time was struggling. After Tyler took over things improved immensely and that's why I'm giving 5 stars today. As student of Loyola this place has been pretty good. Very close to convenient places like 711 and Target, apartment was fairly warm in the winter, and maintenance is fairly timely with repairs

The management must be ran by teenagers. They sent a confirmation text for a viewing 2 hours before. Then LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE THE VIEWING, they tell me they need to cancel because the units been rented. In the original message, they told me they had two options. When I asked how they managed to rent multiple units they then magically have a new one they can show me NEXT WEEK. Do you seriously think I'd sign up for another viewing after already driving half the way there only to be told they are cancelling?? What was the... read more

had an apartment tour scheduled for today. 2 hours before the viewing, my partner and I are contacted with a CONFIRMATION for today’s tour. THEN as we are ON OUR WAY (commuting from the suburbs, so an hour drive) they text us that the unit has been rented. although they had several other apartments listed and we were set to see 2 units today. they then say they didn’t offer the units because it was ‘out of your price budget’ although they never even asked what it was. after pushing this further information that other units w... read more
