Wife ran over a sprinkler head this morning! Easily shut down that zone due to the great controller they installed last year. The office responded and had a tech there within an hour. Can’t say enough good things about these folk! Thanks!!!!
Thought we had chosen a company that does quality work, but they just charge a lot for a system as if they do quality. We have had problems with the system they installed from the beginning and the amount they charged was a big premium (almost double compared to competitors), but they do not honor the work they do. And whenever we ask for something to be done to resolve, we are asked to pay for their mistake. Fantastic experience, start to finish. Mark and his team are punctual, honest, and experienced. If I were their competition, I'd be nervous. The appointment-setting system is convenient. The office staff is responsive. You might find cheaper options, but if you want the job done correctly and want assurance in follow up when and if necessary, these are the guys.
